I have tried a TON of different cleansers...some very expensive ones. Never have I found one that doesn't leave skin feeling tight and dry until this one. It leaves no residue but a clean moist feeling...don't know how that is possible. Has a lovely fragrance but most of all it's a product that is amazing (though a bit pricey).

This is by far the best cleanser I have ever used. It is pricey but I highly recommend it.

I purchased it for myself at 1st. One of reviews was such encouraging on term of cleaning ability of the product, specifically pores. Your skin comes as crispy porcelain clean as you can imagine. I offered my son to try it along with Purifying Balm. He was struggling with acne long time, tried all different products: nothing helped. He ended up having a lot of scares from acne and reddish spots , very dull and dry skin... It was very upsetting for me to see it. I really was against to go with Dermatology medicament they offer over prescription...was very close to give up and pay for such as Acutane and etc! As short as over 2 week period since he started to use 2 products (mentioned above) we could see dramatic change: more clear skin, less new breakouts, previous pimples were clearing off, and most important the complexion of the skin was coming back to normal:) I couldn't be happier to observe it. He is young in 20's ...one can imagine how it is terrible to wake up and see yourself in the mirror full of acne's scars and dullness. So now we both absolutely love it.I'm not going to waste my money anymore on any other brand product from now on for cleansing and improving complexion: Darphine is a ONE.

Wow...Does the job, smells & feels like a most special spa treatment...makes me want to savor it! Rinses quickly & well while THOROUGHLY cleansing ( I'm commonly in makeup in sweaty, get dirty, windblowing conditions.) Now 50, skin continuing to change & I needed to update my cleanser to something that absolutely cleaned but didn't dry/irritate or leave an inappropriate film. Only drawback is I want to use it by the handful all over!

Again, started with a sample (love those samples Darphin!) and am hooked on the Aromatic Cleansing Balm! Pleasant, light scent and easy application, although at first I thought it might not remove all of my make-up. Shame on me, this gentle cleansing formula removed everything first time around and made my combination skin glow and super smooth! Even my friend who has dry skin experienced the same great results!

I was totally sold on this product on the first try. It has sticky texture, but once water comes in, it dissolved immediately and leaving no trace of balm in the face. Skin feel so comfortable and the aroma was truly amazing.

This cleansing balm is the Best facial wash ever! I am amazed at what this does. I dampen my face and apply the balm directly to my face. I massage it around my face & something amazing happens that I haven't seen posted here or in the description. It actually (In my experience) lifts the dirt/oil out of my pores. It brings it up to the surface and you can actually see it (Impurities) sitting on your face! How does it do that? As for any dry skin you can see that too! perhaps I shouldn't use it that way? (Darphin let me know:) But, it works for me! It leaves your skin incredibly soft, smooth and radiant! Like a rose petal! I have even tried this experiment also, I have washed my face with another product first, then rewashed with this cleansing balm & this balm still pulls junk out of my pores! Just Totally Amazing! Very Very Good & Gentle Cleanser!!!! I haven't ever had these results from any other cleansers! Darphin You Amaze me with your products!!!!! I would love to work in your Research and Developement!!!! (Future Dream :)They are Brilliant People!!!!!! Darphin just has The Best Philosophy, Products, Research, & This Cleansing Balm is no exception!!!!!!! Oh! Almost forgot, the scent of this product is heavenly!!! Love it!!!! Love it!!!!!! TY!!!!

I apply this onto dry skin, work it in with damp fingertips and then rinse it off. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE WAY MY SKIN FEELS after rinsing this product off. It is the BEST. I repeat, the BEST cleanser in the world.
I am going to use this FOREVER. It is AMAZING. I am rarely adamant about cleansers...but this one takes the cake.

I have to be honest: I have yet to order this product, but I have used it thanks to the exceptionally generosity of Darphin.
The smell, as all Darphin products, is perfect. They never overscent their products and the scents are always sublime scents that don't overpower.
The texture is wonderful, almost butter-like, and turns to a milky liquid that feels absolutely divine on the skin. I don't even need moisturiser afterwards it leaves my skin so soft and radiant.
Overall, a very pleasing option that I'll probably grow to love over the winter months.
